Welcome to Pointer. By accessing or using the Pointer mobile application (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Use of the Service

The Service is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you affirm that you are either over the age of 13 or have the consent of a parent or guardian.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

Some portions of the Service may be offered on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as daily, weekly, monthly, or annually), depending on the type of subscription plan you select.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of the Terms. Your continued use of the Service after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
